Full interior renovation of a 3-bed 2-bath riverfront apartment originally built in 1999.   

Service bulkheads were removed (and relocated) to allow a full height ceiling to flow through the home.  Solid French oak parquetry floors,  Taj Mahal Quartzite, marble and hand-crafted tiles feature throughout.
